By booking an appointment through Primus, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Definition of a No-Show
A "No-Show" occurs when a customer fails to attend a confirmed appointment and does not cancel or reschedule within the cancellation timeframe defined by the business.
An appointment is considered confirmed once the customer receives booking confirmation within the Primus platform.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments directly through the Primus app or website.
Each business may define its own cancellation window (for example, a specific number of hours prior to the scheduled appointment time). Customers are responsible for reviewing and complying with the cancellation policy of the selected business before confirming a booking.
Cancellations made within the permitted timeframe will not be considered a No-Show.
3. Business-Specific Policies
Businesses listed on Primus may establish individual cancellation requirements. These policies may vary by business and are displayed at the time of booking.
Primus does not determine individual cancellation windows but provides the tools for businesses to define and enforce their policies.
4. Consequences of Repeated No-Shows
Repeated No-Shows may result in actions including, but not limited to:
- Temporary suspension of booking privileges
- Restrictions on future reservations
- Account review or limitation
These measures are implemented to maintain fairness and reliability across the platform.
5. Platform Responsibility
Primus provides a real-time booking system that updates appointment availability instantly across customers and businesses.
Customers are responsible for managing their bookings and ensuring timely cancellations or modifications if their plans change.
Primus is not responsible for disputes arising from missed appointments beyond providing booking records and system timestamps.
6. Policy Updates
Primus reserves the right to update this No-Show Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
